The Board of Director of the Company at its meeting Held on Tuesday 26th March at the Registered Office of the Company which was commenced at 03.00 PM and Concluded at 3.30 PM have approved Reappointment of Managing Director Shri Piyush Mutha, Which is Subject to approval of Members of The Company by Means of Postal Ballot for further Period of 3 Years w.e.f 1st April 2024.
